Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 23 years of age are not allowed
- the BBQ, if used, must be left clean by guests (including charcoal) after each use and care must be taken to ensure it is always well turned off
- check-in from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small pets are allowed, with a cleaning supplement of €30.00 (maximum 2 pets)
- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
