Surrounded by the lush nature of Elba, Villa Sterlizia houses the apartment "Villa Sterlizia-Verde", located not far from the village of Lacona. The modern studio, recently renovated, features a living area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite TV, and a washing machine. Pros: L'appartamento aveva tutto il necessario e oltre. Anche in piccole problematiche incorse, per ragioni esterne, i proprietari si sono subito attivati regalandoci serenità e tranquillità.

Wirklich Wunderbar

Ein schönes, ruhiges Haus / Appartement im Grünen, wenige Minuten Fußweg mitten durch Natur (und einem schönen Campingplatz mit netten Lokal) zum Lacona Sandstrand. Im Haus ist alles da was man braucht, sogar Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Gewürze … wer will Klimaanlage, aber auch bei 30 Grad draußen braucht man die nicht, die Trasses bleibt recht luftig. Dazu sehr sehr liebe und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter und Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Preis Leistung top! Kommen gerne wieder.
