Tolle Lage und Aussicht. Freundlicher Gastgeber Das Bett hat nur eine Matratze und sollte erneuert werden bzw. es sollte zukünftig zwei Matratzen geben, wenn möglich nicht mehr 1.90 Meter lang sondern 2 Meter lang.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter mit ein paar Deutschkenntnissen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Aussicht ist herrlich, genauso wie der Ort Capoliveri an sich. Man sollte auf jeden Fall Handtücher und Geschirrtücher mitbringen!Es war in unserer Aufenthaltszeit ( Mai ) sehr ruhig, allerdings befindet sich etwas oberhalb am Hang, ein Bar, in der es schon mal etwas lauter wird. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das App. liegt schön zentral, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptplatz mit Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften, direkt an einem kleinen Weinberg. Toller Meerblick, sehr netter Vermieter. Reisetipps: Wanderweg 70/71 Calamita, Hafenspaziergang und Festung in Portoferraio, Ausflug auf die Insel Pianosa.
