This was a fantastic property. Very clean and roomy. Lots of space for us to spread out. It had everything we could have needed (soap, TP, dish soap…..)The hot tub and views were great. The location was secluded and we got see a lot of deer!!!

Our kids especially enjoyed the stay, and we had a wonderful time singing, cooking together in your well-equipped kitchen, and grilling. We sincerely appreciate your excellent communication and warm hospitality throughout our visit. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby stores and the Historical Park. Our family had a wonderful adventure, and we would definitely love to come back. Happy New Year 2026!

Stayed here in Capitan the week of the Capitan Mountain fire caused by the medical plane crash. Fire did not hinder the stay thankfully. The cabin was very spacious and enjoyed the wrap around porch to sit and enjoy the views. Owner, Donnie, was very helpful and easy to work with. Check-in was simple and the stay was great. We were there to ride trails and the area did not disappoint. We stayed for 5 nights and the Mule Deer were quite the welcoming party. Everyone in Capitan were very nice and even was able to meet the judge and sheriff and have a bite to eat over at the Smokey Bear Resturaunt. Will definitely be back to stay if the property is available again when we go because the views were amazing and feels like you are miles away from neighbors when at the cabin. Great stay and thanks Donnie for the hospitality. Highly recommend!
