Charming second floor waterfront retreat offering stunning views
Enjoy picturesque views of both the river and bay from a large deck area, second floor over storage area. Spectacular sunrise and sunsets. Includes a boat slip providing immediate access for fishing boating and exploring the waterways. Two Kayaks, canoe and life vest available. Bay swim is shallow while the river side swimming is refreshing and after can sit out on the rocks and watch all sorts of watercrafts pass by. The deck provides a picnic table, bar stools with high table and a barbecue. Interiors feature costal designs such as large windows and a sliding glass door. A combined kitchen, dining and living room set up that flows seamlessly, maximizing natural light and water views. Indoors you will have a full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, glasses, silverware, kitchen towels and dish soap. Plus air conditioner. Bathroom will have toilet paper, towels, basic soaps and shampoo.
