Step back in time to this treasured farmhouse, once owned by Amy Cabot and Charlotte Butler - two of the founding members of the Ogunquit Art Association. Originally built in 1910, the house was completely renovated in 2022.
The Downing House has become the perfect combination of modern luxury and historic culture. Just 0.7miles from Perkins Cove and Marginal Way, this is an ideal rental for those who want to be close to the action... yet value their privacy and prefer a quiet neighborhood.
