the fixtures were old and mismatched, but the room was spotless. However, the cleaning fragrance was too strong and floral like and lingered on our clothes and bagagge until I was able to air it out at home. I have scent allergies and this strong fragrance was not tolerated well by me. I suggest a bleach solution instead of the fragrance that was used would have been more tolerable. Overall for a one night stay I have no other complaints.
The room was small, but served it’s purpose. The location was excellent! It wasn’t far from the boardwalk and you could walk to the end of the pier to the beach, which was clutch since I have 2 kids w a lot of stuff to carry.
Staffing was very nice place was very clean and brand new remodeled
One room was great, small but great.. the second room was horrible. The pull out couch was uncomfortable, there was no extra pillows or linens available. The bathroom separates the one room from the other without a lock, which was very difficult. The bathroom itself was super outdated and disgusting. The kitchen area was decent minus the fridge which was dirty, old with a broke handle. The carpet that lined the balcony smelled of old milk and was beyond dirty. The staff was excellent but the hotel itself needs to be closed down for renovations, that second room is not fit for humans
Woke up to ants crawling in the bed at 4 am, not pleasant. No ventilation in bathroom, no carpet, not even a dresser in the room. Plus, our fridge had a broken gasket on the top, so I had to jam grocery bags in there to get it to seal and cool. Wifi was near useless, even for light browsing
