Every area of the hotel is clean and welcoming, and the staff are all friendly and helpful with our needs. This hotel is convenient to the boardwalk and the beach, and the outdoor pool area and fire pit is great. Our stay is in September, so there are no crowds at that time.

My wife and I came to Wildwood last weekend for a 3 day getaway, and stayed at the Pan American. It’s been 15 years since we vacationed in Wildwood Crest and I used to travel here as a young kid with my parents and brothers and always stayed at the Pan American. Many years have passed until last weekend and the hotel was the same if not better from years ago. My wife and I are planning on returning next year, not waiting another 15 years. The staff was awesome.

Warm welcome from friendly staff Sandy and Jeremy ( Jimmy ) , very nice and clean efficiency room with all the ameneties needed for my own meals preps. Nice Ocean and dunes views from balcony. Easy free parking underneath and around the hotel. Right aside the walking and cycling path along the beautiful Wildwood Crest shore. Maintenance employee like Jose is a very nice person. Well maintained hotel and it shows everywhere. I liked that pier that overlooks the largest sand beach in front. Two good elevators to get from the third to the basement parking floor. I liked everything at this hotel and would not hesitate a second to book it again for my next vacations in the Wildwoods. Sandy was very nice in recommending where to go in the close area for my daily walking. I followed her recommendation and went near the Hereford inlet old lughthouse. It was the start of a new remise en forme well needed for me. Thank you Sandy , and Sorry to have leave early not being able to see you and say a proper good bye.

Excellent stay, very clean, comfortable and cozy. Great views of ocean, friendly staff. Enjoyed the fire pit and meeting new people. Room was perfect and beds ,pillows and blankets perfect. Will book again.

Amazing stay. Every person working there is SO . nice, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant had great breakfast and excellent staff/service. Rooms were great too. . We will definitely be back!!!!!!!

I don't think that I can stay anywhere else in Wildwood now - nothing will compare to this beautiful hotel. It is so clean and well maintained. The decor is beautiful. The pool was salt water and heated - the kids had a blast! We will be back for sure!

I've been coming to Wildwood Crest since the early 1960's when the Pan American was built. At the time it differed from the Doo Wop motels of the era being much more upscale and having a unique airline theme. The hotel has been in a class of its own and has remained classy compared to all the more modern motels that were built afterwards together with a glut of condos further down the Crest. The entire staff provides 1st class service including at the on premises bistro. The large circular pool , sunning decks, fire pit, private balconies with great ocean views and parking garage adds to a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

I spent two weeks in Wildwood this summer. One at the Pan American Hotel and then the other place. What a difference staying at the Pan American! Being as I stayed two places within a span of a couple of weeks, it made me appreciate the difference. The first difference I noticed is how CLEAN the PanAm is. It even smells clean(not like chemicals). You can tell who works for the hotel as they are dressed in the same attire. The rooms are spotless, towels clean and fluffy and they still put out the soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. The staff is friendly and attentive. If you have questions or concerns they address them immediately. They go out of their way to make you stay enjoyable. PanAm is the only place I will be staying from now on.

We have stayed numerous places in Wildwood and Wildwood Crest over the past 30 years+, and the Pan American is by far the best. Excellent staff, rooms amenities and location. Rooms are clean, comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Nice ocean view and wonderfully heated pool. Definitely would and will stay here again.

I am handicapped and the hotel kept asking if there was anything they could do for us. I left an important book to me there and they mailed it back and would not let me pay them back. This is definitely a 5 star hotel. I have been going there over 10 years and I will return as long as I am able.
