Walking distance to downtown. Fantastic Victorian style interior. We had a wonderful time exploring the home and all of the small touches that transported us to the Victorian era. The beds were very comfortable.

The house is beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The location is 1/10 of a mile from a great coffee a shop and a short walk to restaurants, boutiques antique shops and to the river front. This is an adorable house in an charming historic district. Be sure to check out the university's theatre and see a production. They have lots of talented students.

Fun and unique house!

We loved the location! The house is a 1910 charmer. Quirky and unique! Beds were very comfortable! The only problem was the shower water pressure was low, but it was not a big deal. I would stay there again!
