Amazing house

This property was awesome to stay in. The property manager answered any question I had. The home is gorgeous and in a perfect location to watch the boats go by in the canal. I can’t say enough good things about this home and property manager.

Great property

Property was clean and and has beautiful view. Overall the family and i had a great stay. I would highly recommend. Only thing that i was disappointed about is the hot tub. I couldnt get it to heat up but it really wasn't a priority.

Very nicely located to everything

House was very close to anything u wanted to do. We wished the pool was warm right away when we got there and not 3 days later!!! Plenty of towels and extras. Could have sprayed for no see uhms!!! Couldn’t sit outside as it was getting dark with the bugs!! Loved all the boat traffic.

Great Stay!

This home was beautiful, clean with a killer view, great location and had everything we needed and more! Loved that they provided beach towels, chairs and toys, only thing missing was a better beach wagon. Ft Meyers beach was 25 min ride and beautiful! The house is 5-10 min to shopping and food and the pool and hot tub were amazing for the family. Can’t say enough about how great it was. Only negative was the internet was spotty at times. But overall we had an amazing week and would love to come back!

This property was exactly as described. The pool is nice and big to accommodate our family of 7. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels. The Wifi did go out a few times but was able to fix the problem immediatley. Lot's of kitchen supplies for cooking and the grill was clean upon arrival. This property is 2.2 miles away from the Boat House Tiki Bar and Grill which I highly recommend. Was able to walk there in the mornings with no problems lots of people walking and riding bikes in the early morning. I would definitley come back here again!

The house had everything we needed for the perfect escape. Anything else that we wanted to know about near the house, we were able to easily obtain through the property manager. An experience we look forward to doing again.

Awesome location if you’re renting a boat.

Nice house. The first night the hot tub didn’t work and we had to contact the property management team. They came the following day and fixed it.The Beds are so uncomfortable. I barley slept the 5 days we were there.The beds only had sheets on them. A fleece blanket was In the closet. The pillows were uncomfortable as well. The house appeared very clean however an enormous cockroach was in the master bedrooms closet. I was so freaked out that we checked out a day early. I emailed the property manager twice and they never responded. The outdoor pool area is awesome! We had a good time but the comfort and the cockroach was a damper on our vacation.

Favorite vacation by far!

We loved our time here and didnt want it to end. Perfect spot located to beautiful water and restuarants! We had our boat so this was the perfect set up. So convenient and gorgeous views day and night. Home is perfect set up too! We will return for sure.
