The brand new heated saltwater pool with sun ledge and screened enclosure is for sure the most sought-after amenity. This is by far the perfect home for entertaining indoors and outdoors. Refresh yourself in the pool as you watch the boats go by, show off your grilling skills using the propane grill available, work on your tan on the loungers, or simply relax on the poolside lounge area.

Inside, a homey and beautifully decorated open floor plan will greet you! The immaculate living area presents you with gorgeous wooden accents in a snug setting surrounded by comfortable seating, a large sofa, and a smart TV to stream all of your favorite series and movies. Dock details: Boat lift is NOT for guest use.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
