Each room has internet TV’s with full access to internet for your own device’s. Heated pool, fishing, work out area w/pool table. Complex offers excellent access to Cape Coral, Fort Myers & Sanibel Beaches. Close by a wide variety of all types restaurant’s & shopping. Walking distance is a daily boat rental Co. A great place to spend any time of year. 55+ age community with minimum rental period 45 days. Basic HOA visitor application to be completed.

Very quiet inside condo. Great views. Interior well appointed. Hosts were quick to respond to questions and give suggestions. Loved the reference book they left for guests. Neighbors were friendly but not intrusive.
