Guests have private use of the entire home and property. A unique 4-digit entry code is provided for check-in.

HOUSE RULES
• Please review these important rules before booking:
• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
• Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM
• No parties or events
• No unregistered overnight guests
• No local visitors without prior approval
• No smoking or vaping inside
• No illegal drugs or firearms
• No confetti, glitter, tape or pins on walls, ceilings or furniture
• No commercial filming or photography without prior approval
• Keep doors and windows closed while A/C or heat is operating

DOG POLICY
Up to 2 house-trained dogs, 50 lbs. or less, are welcome with NO PET FEE.
Please notify us when booking if bringing dogs

• Dogs must be crated when left unattended
• Dog treats, crates, dog beds and bowls are provided
• Guests are responsible for promptly cleaning up all pet waste from the yard and keeping excessive pet hair/shedding cleaned up during their stay
• Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or excessive cleaning

POOL, CANAL, KAYAKS & BIKES
Amenities are used at guests’ own risk
• No lifeguard is on duty
• Children and pets should be supervised at all times
• Life jackets and bicycle helmets are provided and strongly encouraged
• Pool safety gate is available
• No food or drinks in the pool
• Pool heater is generally off May–September; water temperature varies with weather

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
For property and guest safety, exterior cameras include:

No interior cameras

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags are provided
• High-speed internet/WiFi is provided as an amenity; however, service interruptions may occur that are beyond our control. We are not responsible for provider outages/storms, and refunds, discounts, or rebates will not be issued for internet service interruptions.
