Welcome to Villa Greene. Escape the winter blues in this renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 bath private house with Den and a electric heated pool. Great open floor plan with beautiful laminate flooring thru out. This home offers it all, spacious rooms, over sized Flat screen TV / Streaming in living room, all bedrooms and beautiful kitchen/dining area for entertaining. All beds are queen beds. Screened enclosed patio with BBQ Grill for those relaxing nights. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, mini golfing, white sandy beaches, golfing, movies and during summer our Cape Coral water park. Reach our sandy white beaches that are approx. a 15 to 40 min. drive away depending on which beach you choose.

Nice spacious place

Very nice spacious place. Worked out well for a home base while we toured and visited the area. Pool was nice to have to take a dip - nice and warm! Check in and out was easy and well communicated. Will use again if in the area!

Villa Greene

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. House is beautiful and comfortable. Had pretty much everything we needed. Great location near stores to stock up on everything you need. Lovely pool even though I personally could not use it due to injury, but rest of family enjoyed. Lisa was a wonderful host. She answered my questions before we arrived and she was easy to communicate with. 4.5/out of 5. Would definitely rent here again!

Property ok but could have been better

When we arrived could not get in the house, as was missing a digit for the keypad on the door. Prior to our vacation had checked with property manager in Nov 2022 to be sure house would be ready for our March vacation after hurricane Ian. At that time was told they would let me know if all repairs weren't done. 2 weeks prior to arrival we happened to check with property manager to be told the solar panels which heat the pool would not be available therefore pool would not be heated. Also no pool cover and the pool was quite dirty. The water temperature was very cold. Needless to say that part really disappointed us for the heated pool was a big part of our vacation as we like to come to Florida to relax in and by the pool and not so much sightsee. Needless to say this house was a lot more expensive and had less amenities. We did not have any local channels on the TV when we arrived, so went to Walmart and bought an antenna so we could see local news and weather. The window sills all need to be cleaned as there were a lot of dead bugs and looked like they hadn't been wiped down for months. The living room curtain would not open with the drawstring. The house was ok but as stated awful expensive per day for what we got and did not meet the requirement listed in the listing when we booked it. We will not rent this property again as the don't feel it is managed very well. Really don't think the management company checks on the what is available and what is not and does not check the cleaning is done. This was a real disappointment.

Convient location, close to shopping and Pine Island. Quiet, well maintained neighborhood with minimal hurricane Ian damage (roofs). Nice home with recent upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms. Furniture and window coverings need to be upgraded. Solar heating for pool inoperative and pool unusable due to Ian with no discount.

Very Modern and Good Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very modern and looked just like the pictures. The location was nice as well. It was close to shopping and restaurants without being in the middle of tourist traps. Only improvement I would recommend would be to the pool area. It could use some landscaping or fencing for privacy. Especially as the area is building up. The pool deck could also use a power wash.

Es hat eine super Ausstattung, drei Schlafzimmer, 2,5 Bäder, tolle Küche mit allem was man braucht. Separater Raum mit WM und Trockner.Einzig die Couch war schon etwas „durchgesessen“ - war aber okDer Pool war beheizbar und beleuchtet
