This villa provides enough space for up to 6 people. Due to the unique corner location of the property, you have an idyllic view across the water and can enjoy the sun by the pool all day long.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, TV, and private bathroom with two vanities and big walk in shower. From here you have a direct access to the pool area. Both the master bedroom and bathroom are handicap accessible. The other two bedrooms with king size beds share the second bathroom with vanity, bath tub and shower.

The spacious living area is the perfect place to relax. The open and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and Nespresso coffee machine is directly adjacent to the living area.

For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

As a special highlight there is a game room with airhockey table at the house.

The pool area offers all you could wish for: large pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only allowed outside.

Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please arrange a personal appointment with the property manager. Please clean the BBQ grill thoroughly if you have used it.
If the BBQ grill is not clean upon check-out, we will take care of it for a cleaning fee of $50. If the propane runs out, please purchase a replacement bottle.

Very enjoyable stay at Dandelion!

We enjoyed the house very much. The lanai and pool area were nice and peaceful with a great view of the canal. The house was lovely and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for the week. Sonja was very attentive and available for any questions we had! The air hockey table provided some extra fun!
