This beautiful holiday villa is located in the south-westernmost corner of Cape Coral, in a quiet and nice residential area. Shops, restaurants, doctors and pharmacies are minutes away. This holiday home is particularly suitable for families with children. Camelot Park with its large playground and tennis courts can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Our villa has all new furniture and appliances. The redesigned pool / outdoor area is the highlight of this house. From the boat dock and pool you can enjoy the fantastic view of the water basin. The heated pool brings the water to a comfortable temperature in every season of the year. The same goes for the whirlpool

Villa Alba has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room offers a beautiful view of the large pool, the canal and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely, creating a great inside-outside feeling.
There is free high-speed WiFi available throughout the house.

The south-facing location at the beginning of the canal is unique. There is a large water basin directly in front of the boat dock.
The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 35 min boat ride to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico.

The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over immediately by an expert boatman on arrival.
You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

Great location

The property was a great location with lots of space. The pool was good except we found the solar heater not as warm as we would like. The blinds in one of the bedrooms was missing slats. A sunny wake-up. The policy of no visitors was absurd. We had to notify them if we had another couple over for dinner. We also had to pay the electric bill. We will not be using this property management company again.

Spacious Home

We enjoyed Thanksgiving at Villa Alba. The home is large with a nice living room and pool area. Parts of the home have been updated and furnishings are modern. Bathrooms are well functioning. However the primary bed (king mattress) is very uncomfortable and pillows need to be replaced. One of the reasons we booked this listing was the hot tub, but it had a bad smell and all our swimsuits smelled awful. We did report it and service arrived the next day, which took several hours. We never did figure out how to heat the pool. We loved having coffee on the dock in the morning. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. This is a great house, but I did expect more than a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, maybe some olive oil in the cupboard, more thoughtfulness about people arriving on a holiday when nothing is open. I would give it 5 stars if the mattress were replaced and there were a few more amenities. Also, there are no games, bikes, or kayaks which would have been great. It would be so easy to make this a five star property, and if they replace the mattress, I would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay here! The house is actually a lot bigger than it looks like in the pictures, and we had a great time in the pool. We were traveling with our dog so we were super glad it was pet friendly also :)

Cape Coral Stay

Overall great place to stay!! Check in was a little cumbersome as the rental agreement states there will be a meeting with a property manager to go through the property however due to COVID, the property managers aren’t doing in person check in’s. Cleanliness was “good” outside of one issue in the kitchen that didn’t get resolved during our stay. Otherwise everything was very clean and well maintained!

Great house, easy to checking and out AND rent a boat all in one! We loved it so much, we put in an offer for a house in a similar neighborhood! Very clean, everything you need. No kayak on property as was displayed in one of the pics, but the boat we rented was perfect! Cool place. Thank you!!
