Newly built in 2024, this villa is located in the heart of Cape Coral, right at the wonderful Memory Lake. The west orientation provides breathtaking sunsets - whether from the infinity pool or the living room. Villa Stingray offers plenty of space for up to eight guests.
Villa Stingray combines privacy, plenty of space and a modern design. Stingray is not just the name, it says it all: Corvette fans can find little hints and reminders of what they love at many places of the house. Of course, the house is equipped with all first-class amenities and the equipment is perfect. This applies to the kitchen, but also to the multimedia equipment, which has large flat screens in all bedrooms - even a gigantic 75-inch screen in the living room!

We have done everything to ensure that you can relax perfectly. Of course, this also includes a restful sleep: each of the four bedrooms has a comfortable king-size bed. The mattresses have different degrees of firmness, so everyone can find their favorite. If you want a quick swim, you'll love the Master and Junior Suite. Both have direct access to the pool area.
Each bedroom has individual access to its own bathroom without having to go through the living room. The showers provide easy access without steps. The master bathroom also has a bathtub.

A real highlight is the pool. Thanks to its infinity design, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the lake while swimming. Younger guests can splash around in the shallow pool area. Sun loungers are available, and in the evenings the whirlpool offers first-class relaxation. There's no better way to end your day in Cape Coral! A clever detail: the pool area has an outdoor shower, which saves you the detour through the house.

Avid hobby chefs will love the villa's kitchen. The freestanding island with quartz waterfall offers generous worktops. The equipment is far above average: smart oven and range, range hood, XXL refrigerator with ice cuber, large microwave, smart dishwasher, airfryer, toaster, kettle, blender, food processor and even two coffee machines. Of course there is enough cutlery and crockery for your whole family. Where would you like to sit? Right at the kitchen island on bar stools? Or would you rather be in the elegant dining area? Or even better outside by the pool – everything is possible. The lanai has another dining table with 8 chairs - and an outdoor kitchen with a large, built-in Bull® barbeque, range hood and sink, so you can serve great barbeque specialties.

Only 5% of all properties in Cape Coral are located at the lakeside. This is what makes Villa Stingray so unique. At the same time it's a quiet place without traffic noise, so you can relax in the heart of Cape Coral. Yet you are only minutes away from restaurants and supermarkets - Publix is only five minutes away, but ALDI, Walmart, Farmer Joe's and gas stations are not far either. Looking for family-friendly activities? Sun Splash Water Park is only 7.5 miles away, and to Cape Coral's sandy public beach it's only about 10 minutes.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
