I am excited to present this exquisite 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom waterfront home, perfectly situated minutes from the river. This property boasts direct Gulf access, making it a boater’s paradise with a heated pool for your enjoyment. This home features a built in grill with an outside firepit.. We also have added enjoyment with an outsider TV and speakers. While watching the dolphins and the boat traffic you can cook up some dinner on the outside kitchen. Located just 2000 feet from the river, this home offers not only luxury but also the feeling of a resort vacation.

The kitchen offers all amenities as well as a blender for your frozen cocktails, bath towels, beach towels, an outside grill, lounge chairs by the pool. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It is spacious and we had room for our family of three generations to do different activities or share something together.. We really liked the pool area with the multiple seating and the fire pit.. the home is centrally located, which made it easy to get to several places we wanted to see in restaurants we wanted to experience.
