In a peaceful and safe location along a freshwater canal, our vacation home offers the perfect retreat for relaxation and comfort. This spacious house features three well-appointed bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, a second with a queen-size bed, and a third with two twin beds.
The open living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a separate dining area, and a generous living room. Additionally, there is a cozy second living space that serves as a fireplace room, adding warmth and charm. For your convenience, the house is equipped with everything you need, from linens and towels to beach chairs and umbrellas. A utility room with a washer and dryer is also available.
On the covered patio, you can enjoy the tranquil canal setting. With a south-facing pool area, you can bask in Florida's sunshine year-round.

Our crisp January trip!

The property was very nice, quiet neighborhood, spacious home, great patio and pool area! Unfortunately our stay involved the polar vortex as the temps were in the 30's and 40's at night and the 50's and 60's during the day, no fault of the property but we did 'nt get to use the amenities and got charged extra for turning up the heat on a cold night

Inside is unique with all its knick knacks. Quite spacious. Could use some modernization. The location was great. Centrally located. Easy access to all sorts of shopping. Hospital close by (which we had to use). The neighborhood was quiet, is what we like. Enjoyed the canal very much.

Lovely home on a canal.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Home had an adequate supply of cook wear and plenty of beach towels. Pool was a little cold for our taste, we were here a week in January .The home is beautiful with lovely furnishings. Would stay again when in area.

Pool was fantastic, but...

The pool area was great which brought our rating up to a 4 star, otherwise the home itself is a solid 3 stars. The pool area had plenty of seating and a large covered eating area were we spent most of our time. We were surprised to find a queen bed in the master bedroom and the king bed in a secondary bedroom. The bedroom with the king could not be considered a master because there is no attached bath, no TV, not even a mirror. It had a well appointed but dimly lit kitchen. We stayed a month and never felt comfortable because of all the excessive clutter, knick-knacks, and personal items belonging to the owner. The lady (Sylvia) who checked us in let us know she was not the property manager and if we had an issue we would have to contact the owners by email in Germany. The cable/ internet connection in the evening was sketchy at best.

solar pool was wonderful

We enjoyed our month stay, it has a wonderful solar heated pool and with the weather being around 80 degrees, perfect. The house is a little dated but was very clean. We wished that the master bedroom had the king size bed but other than that is was very nice.

We had a great time. We didn’t really understand that we couldn’t heat the pool up more.

We had a wonderful experience it was our first visit to a VRBO . I would certainly recommend staying this way in the future. Very easy to navigate the ends and outs of checking in and checking out. Plenty of room for everyone

We enjoyed our holiday in your home. The Pool and Patio were a real treat. The neighborhood was quiet amenities close at hand. We had occasional problems with the micro wave where the value you entered (cooking time) was not the time registered by the micro wave. Also the coffee maker does not have an automatic shut off. We discovered the problem without a problem, but almost all new units have this as a standard feature.

Das Haus, seine Ausstattung und Lage sind perfekt und genauso wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer als Biker plant, dieses Haus zu mieten, sollte den Besitzer unbedingt vorher kontaktieren. Wir haben sehr viele gute Tipps bekommen und damit viele gute Erlebnisse gehabt. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut. Von uns ein großes Dankeschön - wir hatten sehr schöne Tage.
