Welcome to the LANAI LIFESTYLE at beautiful Villa Coral Pearl!! This 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is located in a desirable SW Cape Coral neighborhood and is situated on a lovely wide canal. There are French doors along the entire back of the house that open up to an oversized lanai with sparkling pool and built-in jacuzzi hot tub. For those who want to stay out of the sun, within the lanai is a large covered outdoor screened area as well with dining table, outdoor grill, and seating area with a large TV. Inside there’s an open floor plan with new 75” TV, wet bar, and kitchen with large snack bar. The primary bedroom with its own office and ensuite and a 2nd bedroom with bath on the first floor, with 3 more bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. Perfect floorpan for a large group! Charming interior shutters for all windows for style and privacy. Enjoy the pink skies at sunset from our brand new boat dock! Lots of parking with a spacious pavered circular driveway.

AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE: Portable bluetooth speaker for your music, Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need! 8 beach chairs, beach caddy, beach coolers, beach umbrella, plenty of beach towels for all, bookshelf with many books in both English & German, a couple of tennis racquets & balls, 4 PICKLE BALL PADDLES/balls, ping pong table/paddles/balls, basketball for nearby park, 2 adult bicycles, tire pump and helmets at your own risk. CHILD ITEMS: Pack-n-Play portable baby bed, high chair, booster seat, step stool, 2 strollers, beach toys, toddler bike, baby bouncer/activity seat, removable mesh pool fence available.

***ELECTRICITY***: We allow you $50/week for electricity. The meter will be read before arrival and on departure. Any overage will be charged at $0.12 kw/h.

OWNER NOTES: Walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream, Dunkin Donuts, Publix, Walgreens (1 mi). We love to ride bikes over to Cape Harbour (2 mi) for more dining, marina, entertainment. The ultimate location! We highly recommend renting a boat or drive to explore Sanibel Island and some of the other small islands that can only be reached by boat. Easy drive to Yacht Club Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key, Sanibel etc. We also love this neighbourhood for walking, where we easily spot burrowing owls. There is a comprehensive UBER and LYFT network if you don’t feel like driving.

We are newer owners, but the home had been offered as a rental for several years and we are using the same awesome management company and villa name as before.

SAFETY STANDARDS: There is an onsite hotel safe for your valuables to be used at your on risk. There are hurricane shutters and hurricane kits for emergencies. These will be installed and described by the management if needed. The management on site is familiar with these safety standards.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Another Great Experience

This is the 2nd year that we have stayed at this property- and we have schedule a 3rd year for 2026 already. The accommodations are ideal for family members of all ages. The pool area is a gem- pool is sun and shade sharing throughout the day, the hot tub is easily accessible and can be maintained at a comfortable temp, and the outside seating is generous with a covered area that provides shade as needed. The interior is well laid out with plenty of living and dining space available. Groceries and Cape Coral attractions are easily accessible and convenient. We have visited Ft Myers/Cape Coral yearly since 1985- this is one of the best property values we have enjoyed over those 40 years!

Family Get Away

Our family loves to stay here. This was our second time. The adult children especially loved the TV and sitting area outside under the screened porch for movies at night. The bumper pool table was a nice addition this year! It got played a lot! The owners are responsive to needs, and the property is always kept up well. It was a wonderful relaxing week!

Best of The Cape

Best of Cape Coral! As a family that has visited Cape Coral/Ft. Myers yearly since 1986 this is top of the class in rentals. The home was very well laid out with plenty of living space accompanied by 4 full baths. The outdoors provided its own living space for the all day fun by the pool for the kids and grand kids. The covered lanai and pool area offered sun or shade choices for everyone enjoying a wonderful vacation. The owner and property manger were very engaging to ensure our stay was top notch- thank you Debbie and Anni!!

Wonderful stay!

We have stayed at several vacation rentals over the years. This one definitely ranks in the top. The kitchen and living room area are huge and great for groups. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub was fantastic. The homeowner checked in during the week to see if everything was ok. Perfect house for 2 families and teen kids. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood felt very safe for kids to ride bikes, go for a jog, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED staying here at this spacious home. We spent 90% of our time out on the lanai and in the pool and hot tub. When we went to book this home for next year it was already taken! Bummer for us, but if you book you will not be disappointed.

This property was exactly what our family + extended family group needed. If you have children, this place will be perfect for you! The pool barrier and garage full of toys made kids happy and allowed parents to relax. Pack n play and highchair were a great added bonus. The pool and spa were being used almost 24/7 by someone and the multiple seating areas and in space outside allowed everyone be together but doing what they wanted. We are already planning out to back to this property for next year!

Home away from home

My family and I had a great stay! The moment we walked inside, it felt like home! There was so much space! And it was so comfortable! For the first few days, we didn’t even want to get out of the house! It had everything we needed. The management was great as well. There were clear instructions left for us to follow. Plus some very helpful information about beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this stay!

This home is one of the best that we have stayed at for family reunions. The living and dining rooms are spacious and bright. Outdoor pool is enclosed and clean . There’s a table and seating area to enjoy an outdoor lunch. Publix is< 5 mins away so we never lacked anything that we needed for our stay. Overall the house is well kept/maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the vacation house and will return when time permits.
