Beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have such a beautiful pool and clean home. The host was very responsive and we appreciated his quick communication especially when the sliding door didn’t work - he had it fixed in an hour! The area is fine but need to drive everywhere.

Great stay with kids to escape cold Midwest

We had such a fun week here! The pool was amazing, we paid the fee to have it heated and the kids swam multiple times a day for hours! They loved when the iguanas were out down by the seawall basking in the sun. We had an infant with us and the mini crib and baby bath seat provided were so nice to have!! This location is great too, close to many great parks and playgrounds that Cape Coral has to offer. Ray is a fantastic host, thank you!!!.

Spring Break

The house was nice a s clean just like advertised. The host was easy to get in contact with and easy to speak with, he even had a package delivered to the kids. If we were to stay in that area again, we would definitely stay there!

Nice weeklong stay

We were pretty happy with the house. The floor is quite slippery when coming in from the pool. The supplied towels and dishes and cookware were above expectations. They had everything you could need. The pool is very nice.

Perfect place for your family

Communication started almost immediately after we booked. Everything went well and the stay was almost perfect. The only real hiccup was om my end for not reading the supplied information on how to operate tje jacuzzi amd pool. Ray walked me through it and everything worked great. Plenty of everything top host and cook at the house. Thanks for a great stay.

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The host response fast, keeps communication with you, send you different little coupons to save money, and ensure you’re completely happy the entire stay. When I’m in the Cape Coral area I’ll for sure book this home again!

Super Clean

The house was super clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Our group of ten enjoyed the outdoor set up with fire pit table and the outside seating. The heated pool and spa was amazing. We would recommend! The Host was friendly, helpful and quick to communicate.

Fantastic Family Fun

First of all, Ray (the property owner) is beyond exceptional. Incredibly quick, helpful, friendly and efficiently effective responses. The house was perfect (more than we needed, actually) for our family of 5. Kiddos LOVED the pool area (hot tub totally rocked!) and bunk beds. Everything was convenient, well laid out, organized, easy to use and clean. Beds were comfy and cozy within a very sleep-inviting environment. Love that the toilets were private from the rest of the bathrooms. Hurricane Ian has really left a sad mark on this community, but they are rebuilding beautifully. Could have stayed much more than a week… it really was fantabulous!
