The bedrooms include a main bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a walk in closet, an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and walk in closet. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed and large closet. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo, the vanity has lots of drawers and space.
Indoor amenities include ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. The flooring is ceramic tile in kitchen, living room, foyer, bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms.
The open-traditional kitchen has a countertop, three barstools, and a dining table for up to six people. The kitchen has pots, pans, silverware, knives, blender, toaster, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher to name a few.
Outdoor amenities include a patio with lounge furniture, a propane barbecue grill, and a pool, providing a perfect space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. This is also right on the water for you to enjoy as well.
The home also includes 2 garage door openers, 2 kayaks for you to use.
There is a brand new pool cage and all hurricane damage has been repaired.

No persons other than those listed on the lease/rental agreement are to live at the home.

The property was nice. Very clean. There was some small ants in kitchen on the counter. The pocket door into bedroom needs repair. Pretty much impossible to lauch kayaks from residence. The neighbors are up at 0630 with their 3 dogs which are barking. So no sleeping in if your in the master bedroom.
