Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, streaming TV, dedicated workspace, pool access. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.

- Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combination, with pool access.

The open living space has a cozy couch and seating with a TV. Nearby, the kitchen is well-stocked for meals at home and extra counter seating. A dining table with room for 6 guests overlooks the pool deck. Traveling with young children? Palm Terrace has you covered with a Pack 'n Play and highchair, ensuring the little ones are comfortable throughout the stay. The game room features reversible air hockey and a ping pong table. There is a workstation with a desk and chair for guests who need to stay connected. A laundry room with a washer and dryer makes longer stays easier.

Step outside to your private boat dock and enjoy views of the Gulf access canal. The boat lift accommodates boats up to 10,000 lbs for guests bringing their own or renting a vessel. Unwind in the electric heated pool or shoot some hoops with the poolside basketball net. Fire up the propane gas grill for a poolside barbecue with plenty of seating on the deck. The expansive pool deck also features an outdoor streaming TV, a dining area, and 4 sun loungers for soaking up the sunshine. The fully fenced-in yard offers a secure space for your dog to sniff and play. Two adult bicycles are available for a ride around the city. Beach days are made easy with 4 beach chairs, 2 coolers, and an umbrella, all provided.

Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Pet-friendly! Up to 1 medium-sized dog is welcome with prior approval from the property manager. A pet cleaning fee applies. Absolutely no cats.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
- This property has exterior cameras facing the driveway and canal/boat dock.
- There is no garage parking available.
