Rental was very well appointed. Lots of little things were included that make a big difference. Night lights were everywhere, there were three kitchen towels (why do so many rentals only give you one?!), laundry pods were provided, Wi-Fi QR codes anywhere you might need them, tea bags, Ziploc bags, the list goes on. The house layout is fantastic. We loved the full extension sliding doors. Every meal we ate at the rental was eaten outside on the Lanai. Having a garage and garage door opener was a very nice perk. We specially picked this rental for the kayaks and bikes. Those were enjoyed and we appreciated the full selection of life jackets. Everything felt relaxed and easy, a true vacation home!

Beautiful home on the canal

The home was very inviting, clean and in a perfect location. The pool was great and we spent time fishing in the canal. We would highly recommend this home for a vacation to Cape Coral.

An ideal family vacation rental

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Palms Over Water Villa last week. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The location is ideal for various beaches and other activities. Our children enjoyed swimming in the pool and having their own bedroom space. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was great for my families purposes. Each kid had their own bedroom, the house was a good size, plentiful towels and linens. It was close to grocery stores for food shopping. It was very busy with traffic the week we were visiting
