Villa Marrakech is a stunning, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, saltwater pool home on a beautifully landscaped and manicured oversized lot. You will have plenty of space for you and your guests to spread out and relax. The home has vaulted ceilings, formal living & dining room, family & breakfast room, updated kitchen with stainless appliances, and breakfast counter. The spacious Master Bedroom with on-suite bath, with decorative dual vanity with open shower enclosure, and a roomy walk-in closet. Rounding out the sleeping accommodations are 3 roomy guest bedrooms with lots of closet space plus den with day bed. The 2nd guest bath has tub/shower combo and is accessible to the pool/patio. Large sliding doors lead out to the lanai overlooking our beautiful, heated saltwater pool and beautifully landscaped back yard. The laundry room is guest ready and available for use during your stay. Tropical mature landscaping surrounds the pool/patio for privacy and gives you a feeling of calm in the fully screened enclosure.
Bikes are available for guests to take a stroll through the neighborhood. Games in garage including ping pong, shuffle board and air hockey tables!!
