The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.
Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.
Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.

You can expect a bright, spaciously living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light. The way from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area is short or enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.

It was ok.
The property was very small. It was cold at night and the only way to get heat was from an old space heater. The property managers were very nice and helpful.

Beautiful Clean Place to Relax
The āWaveā apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was perfect for my wife and I. The entire place, inside and out, was really clean. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels in the bathroom.
The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of plates, cups, etc. The pots and pans were in great shape.
The pool and hot tub was a nice place to relax.
There were plenty of great restaurants just a short drive away.
The property manager stopped by to make sure everything was ok or if we needed anything.
Weād definitely stay here again if we were in the area. So much nicer than staying in a hotel.

Wave Apartment
Property is very clean well kept and has all the linens,towels and utensils for cooking... The TV and WIFI were a plus.... and a great location for restaurants beach, shopping and for walking or biking! The beach is a 10 minute car ride and very close to down town for the market on Saturday or for going out to dinner! The pool was very clean and a perfect temperature. Laundry facilities were a real plus! A great place to unwind and relax!
