This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
The split floor plan offers a unique set up for two couples or a small family with the main bedroom and bathroom on the left side and the guest areas on the right side of hte home each with its own bathroom.
The Villa can fit up to 4guests very comfortable with this generous set up (up to 6 if the sleeper couch is added on)
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and large dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, al fresco dining, plenty of options for lounging and entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, BBQ outside, or just watching the fish and wildlife from your boat dock.
The home offers beach chairs and beach umbrella.
