The nearest beaches are Yacht Club Public Beach 25 minutes away & the Fort Myers Beach 40 minutes away. We provide beach chairs & a cooler.

Perfect for Large Families
We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few hiccups, but we made everything work. Upon arriving we unloaded and planned a trip to the grocery store to cook out. We found out that neither propane tank had anything left. I did message host and the housekeeper must have forgotten to fill. We did take it upon ourselves to fill one as we needed to use. The pool was filled with hundreds of 'no see ums'. Messaged host again and we were advised someone would be out the next day. Still didnt deter some from using the pool but others were put off. Now the adventure begins one bathroom floor was completely soaked as the door was not sealing. Cleaned up a large water mess. Go to bed. Sound asleep and at 2:30 a.m. the king bed broke causing my husband to slide back into headboard as it was the corner of the bed. We managed to "fix" it temporarily after 30 minutes and we had to be up early. Lack of sleep next morning and we are off. Come back after being out most of the day. The pool was still filled with "no see ums" and the filter was not working. Another night the majority of us did not get to utilize the pool. I messaged host once again and they had someome there the next morning to clean and turn on the pump. Finally after 2 days everyone was able to utilize the pool and it was a blast. Of course, our luck would have it the bed broke again on the 3rd night. Mind you I did message the host the issues so they were aware. Over all it was good minus the issues.

Great time at a great property!
We stayed here during our holiday break and had a great time! The property is exactly as it's listed. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 small children. The game room and pool were big hits. The kitchen was adequately stocked, which we really appreciated! The property is conveniently located close to store plenty of super markets. Just an FYI, bring your own wash clothes. Towels were provided. There's also a washer and dryer.
I would absolutely recommend this property.

Great place - very clean - everything state of the art! Had an A/C problem but the owner had a serviceman come immediately to fix it! Would highly recommend this place

Sehr schöne Zeit
Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage. Der Kanal fließt gleich hinter dem Grundstück und bietet einen schönen Ausblick, insbesondere in den Morgenstunden kann man dort gut den Sonnenaufgang und die Natur beobachten.
