Villa ROYAL TEE is a luxury house that every guest immediately likes. A golfer's dream in a newly renovated and updated 27-hole Florida championship golf course, a gated community open only to residents and their visitors. Cape Coral is one of the safest cities in America, but here it is even safer.
The 22 lakes of the beautifully landscaped golf course with the typical flora and fauna of Southwest Florida, with the Gulf Coast almost only a few hundred meters as the crow flies to the west, with a constant light breeze that makes even the hot summers bearable around our Villa Royal Tee a beautiful and quiet holiday atmosphere. The villa is located directly on one of these lakes, and from the outdoor area you can not only enjoy beautiful sunsets, but also grill perfect steaks and end the day with a glass of red wine. The large modern pool has electric heating.
Villa Royal Tee offers enough space for up to 6 guests and everything that is required in the household for an unforgettable holiday.
The master bedroom suite is equipped with its extra large king-size bed approx. 2.0 x 2.20. It has its own flat screen TV, ceiling fan and direct access to the pool deck.
The master bathroom is very spacious and modern, with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, two sinks and two walk-in closets.
The other two bedrooms have two large queen-size beds (1.70x2.00m), ceiling fans, and two bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which can also be used as a pool bath.
The main open plan area of the villa includes the living and TV area with 2 comfortable sofas and ottoman, and the spacious fully fitted open plan kitchen and indoor dining area with seating for 6 people.
The extra wide, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door front offers a great view over the pool area to one of the golf course's lakes. The 55-inch flat screen TV with SmartTV, Apple TV and US HDTV Air channels offers HD format. Of course, the villa has wireless high-speed internet with at least 25 MB/s.
The large barbecue gas grill on the terrace leaves nothing to be desired for the grill fan.
A Publix supermarket and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The island (Pine Island) is also only a few minutes' drive away, easily accessible even by bicycle.
