This is an absolutely perfect spot for a vacation! Do everything you want or nothing at all. A perfectly appointed condo for an easy no hassle visit. Jesse is a very attentive and gracious host.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay here! Jesse goes above and beyond to make sure everything is provided for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is well stocked with any and everything you might need. The beds are comfortable and the entire condo was sparkling clean. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai to sip on our morning coffee and watch the boats as well as an occasional dolphin and manatee. The dock with a tiki hut provides a peaceful spot to read and relax. We enjoyed riding our bikes on Sanibel Island several times. It is just a short 30 minute drive over to the island. The pool was refreshing on warm days. All the beach towels, chairs, umbrella, pool toys, etc. are provided. We brought our own bikes and kayaks, but there are some at the condo available for use as well. The neighborhood is very walkable and all the neighbors were very nice. We love the area and will definitely be back!

Jesse was very welcoming, even reaching out the 2nd day to see if we needed anything! No problems, very serene place & well stocked! We would definitely stay again!
We were eating breakfast one morning in screened in lanai & this guy showed up on the boardwalk.

Jesse was such a great host. The property is very well appointed and cozy - you feel as if you are staying in a “home” rather than a rental. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Our stay was amazing! We needed some time away from our normal hectic lives, and this place fit us perfectly. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying a beverage, or kayaking the canals, or morning coffee on the lanai, watching the iguanas, or taking a walk around the block and watching the burrowing owls. The house was spotless, and Jesse the property manager was so kind. I highly recommend this property!

Fabulous stay!

This was our first time staying in Cape Coral and we had a wonderful time. The property has absolutely everything you could ever need and is spotlessly clean. The owner is very responsive and check in was a breeze.

Wonderful host and modern villa with everything you need!

We had a wonderful stay at Jesse’s villa. He was an amazing host. We spent 5 days here. It’s only a short ride to Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers Beach. We enjoyed days at the pool, shopping, and a few days over by Sanibel, Venice Beach, and Captiva Island.

Great place to escape, recharge, and relax

This was our first time using VRBO and our experience here did not disappoint. Our dogs were welcome and it really is a perfect spot for travellers with dogs. We won’t hesitate to return on a future trip.

Cute property right on the water

We loved the location right on the water. It was great being able to relax in the screened porch or just watching the water from the master bedroom. It was a bonus having fun toys (bikes and kayaks) available as well.
