Inside this newly built, charming waterfront oasis, you will feel right at home in the open-concept, sunlit living area, which features plush seating and stylish, modern decor with water views. A well-appointed kitchen hosts modern appliances, sparkling counter space, and everything you need to create delicious home-cooked meals. After a day of beach adventure, utilize the private washer/dryer for any sandy gear and unwind on the patio with a glass of wine. Listening to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset.

Great Place to Stay

It is a great house with lots of space and a fully equipped kitchen, and very clean. We spent so much time in the backyard fishing on the canal and drinking our morning coffee—it was so relaxing. The host is very accessible and accommodating if you have any concerns. The house is in a great location for Cape Coral, and Ft. Myers.The neighborhood is excellent and made for some lovely walks in the sunshine. I recommend this house if you plan to stay in the Cape Coral area because many great restaurants are within 10 mins drive, and the nearby Walmart Neighborhood Market 2 mins walk.
