Had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. Also great bikes to ride around the neighborhood. No problem cooking and barbequing, was able to find everything we needed. Very clean house and nice warm pool.

Nice pool warm heated without extra fee which is great. Ended up staying a month. Kate was super cool and easy to communicate with. Brand new washing machine went out and they replaced it quickly. Close to everything. Very private. Nice pool table. Easy in and out. Will be back for sure.

This would have been our second time staying on the property but unfortunately due to a family emergency we were not able to go. 5 STAR VACATION HOME

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation home! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to super comfy beds. The views were breathtaking, and we especially loved relaxing on the patio in the evenings. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. It felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable escape.

Relaxing Florida Spring Break

We had a great stay for our 2025 Spring break. This location was perfect for family. All the amenities were great…loved the pool and the kids played a lot of pool. They also used the bikes although one bike needs some significant maintenance. The beach towels, chairs, cooler and beach caddy were really great to have on hand as well. Although centrally located, traffic was a bear to get to Fort Myers Beach and to Sanibel but that would probably be the case no matter where we would have stayed. The location was quiet, near restaurants and seemed safe. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay in Cape Coral

The house was clean and spacious. Easy trip to Sanibel Island, Ft. Meyers, Cape Harbor and much more. Kate was very responsive and great to work with. As other travelers have noted, the only downside is the area around the pool: the same ceramic floor tiles inside the house are are outside and the area is extremely slippery when wet. However, the pool was warm and relaxing.Check out the beaches on Sanibel Island, the Six Mile Cypress Slough in Ft. Meyers, sightseeing boat rides out of Cape Harbor, and Spring Fever Creek Nature Preserve in northern Cape Coral. We loved cooking and barbecuing at the house, because, the restaurants in Cape Coral are not outstanding. Having said that, Ford's Garage was fun and the food was good, and Perk and Brew is a great coffee shop.

Great Place

The property was thoroughly clean. It was also extremely well stocked with any kind of baking dish/kitchen tool you might want. The pool side/lanai area was where we spent most of our time. The pool was clean, and warm, Great. We’re just floating in the sun or water aerobics. The property has an ice machine in the garage, which was great for days when we wanted to go to the beach. Beach chairs as well as umbrellas were provided and they were even bicycles. We were very satisfied and comfortable.

First visit to Cape Coral

Property is located in a friendly and neat neighborhood-lots of walkers and biking. Rotary Park is a jewel and located nearby -a wonderful park which we walked to daily. House was clean and up-to date. The pool was top notch and clean. Everything was in working order. Any questions we had were answered promptly by Kate.

We stayed here for a week with six adults. The property was as advertised, clean, relaxing and well located. I knew it said it had a ice machine, but having the industrial ice machine in the garage was a game-changer and become a must have for me. Kate was great to work with and very helpful as one of our couples almost wasn't able to get out in time due to a winter storm. She was more than willing to help us if we needed it and we appreciate it. Overall I'd highly recommend this property!

Christmas Stay!!

We had an excellent visit to Cape Coral. This house was perfectly stocked with everything needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms and the bedrooms. The location was great for restaurants, shopping and beaches. The pool table, pool and bicycles provided plenty of home entertainment. Plenty of beach chairs and coolers provided for beach days. Owner/Property management was amazing to work with! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the Cape Coral area.

Home away from Home

Kate’s Billiard’s and Poolside bliss was our home away from home for 9 days.Our son’s youth football team played in the National Championship in Naples, so we would travel each day back and forth for games and practice. The home is clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is close to plenty of amenities and in an area that felt safe. Kate’s communication is clear and helpful. The only thing I would point out is the tile around the pool is very slippery. This is clearly stated in several areas, but be sure to heed the warning.

Home away from home.

The stay we had was amazing, the house was so well stocked, beautifully decorated and clean! I loved the layout of the house lots of room. Lot’s of eateries close by. Communication with the host and expectations were clear and timely. The pool and grill were clean and just perfect! I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Soggy south Florida, 🙂

The home made us feel very welcome and secure. It was spotless inviting us to stay awhile. It is hard to find a place that will allow us to bring our 106lb dog along with our blind cat, but they gave us a wonderful week away from home. We were there to celebrate my 68th birthday and my granddaughter's 20th birthday. The kitchen was well stocked with things you wouldn't have expected. Not to mention the pool right outside with four doors to access it. Gas grill to enjoy cooking out, then turn around to have dinner at the table on the patio. When you're not eating you can rock on one of the chairs or lay down and take a nap poolside. Oh, did I mention the pool table for those pesky rainy days in Florida.

Perfect Getaway

The property was the perfect getaway to catch up with some friends for a couple of days. The house was very clean and it's very spacious. They have plenty of cups and cookware if you choose to stay in and cook meals. I would 100% recommend this for anyone looking on VRBO in the Cape Coral area.
