VRCC Villa The View - Anglers paradise with a view

Villa The View - Grandiose location in Southwest Cape Coral overlooking each of Cape Coral's 4 saltwater lakes. Dolphins and manatees are guaranteed right in front of your own holiday home, right on the connecting piece. Boaters get their money's worth in this house. You have very fast boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. You don't have to take long tours through the almost endless canal system. You'll be on the open water in 10 minutes. We therefore recommend using the in-house boat, which can be booked separately.

Villa The View offers uniquely decorated rooms. All furniture and appliances are new.

The large master suite offers direct pool access, a king-size bed, a spacious master bath. The second bedroom also has a lake view and a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a lake view and a queen size bed. Bedroom number 4 also has a queen size bed. The house has 2 bathrooms with showers, a comfortable living room, dining room and laundry room. A spacious pool terrace surrounds the crystal blue, oversized pool and whirlpool. An outdoor shower is available as well as a large BBQ grill.

This location is a paradise for anglers. High-speed WiFi and Smart TVs are of course also available.

Villa The View does not have a lanai / cage, it uses a mosquito spray system to keep the bugs away and allow you to enjoy the gorgeous views.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Misleading property and disappointed

We decided on this property because of the Lanai patio cover, pool, and spa as seen in the Verbo posting pictures and description. When we arrived we were surprised that there was in fact no Lanai patio cover and the spa and pool were not heated. We contacted the property manager about the spa and pool heater. He came to the property the next day to try to get the spa and pool heater working but it was unsuccessful. The bottom line is that we were not able to use the Lanai amenities as advertised in the Vrbbo posting. We have no complaints with the property manager that came by to assist us. He was professional and friendly.

The house itself was in poor condition. The beds were good, but the rest of the furniture was very uncomfortable. Only the master bedroom had a TV. Front door lock needs to be replaced. The location and the views were outstanding

I would not recommend staying at this location! The description was untruthful. Many items broken. Below are the issues we encountered at this property. When attempting to communicate with Vrbo and/or the property owners, they have ignored my messages. 1. Pool heater wasn’t working 2. Whirlpool wasn’t working 3. Pantry door was broken and off the rails 4. Guest bathroom fan was broken 5. The lock on the double doors between the dining room and patio was broken 6. The lock on the double doors between the maser bedroom and the patio was broken 7. Floors were very dirty 8. Garage door remote was not working 9. No one from the property met us at our property to meet us, as promised. 10. Description of property was untruthful.
