This newly build Villa in 2023/2024 is now available. It comes with a breathtaking view towards sunset and mangroves. It’s equipped with 3 Masterbedrooms, 2 Guestrooms and a small sleeping niche for kids. Alls rooms have en suite bathrooms. A Gameroom with pooltable, table kicker and a table tennis allows for joy at all times. The large swimming pool with negative edge and a hot tub guarantees relaxing times on the outside. This area is covered with a mosquito screen. For winter times an infra red sauna allows silent moments after a work out at the well equipped gym.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 6 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Our family of five spent a fabulous week in this beautiful home. We literally could not have asked for more—the house is stunning, spotless, and contains every last thing you may need; the location is peaceful and beautiful—the mangroves across the canal offer privacy, beauty, and abundant wildlife; and the owners and property managers are incredibly kind and friendly, extremely fast in their replies, and truly want their guests to have an unforgettable vacation. We loved everything about this home, especially the gorgeous interior; huge outside area with beautiful pool and plenty of seating, tables, loungers; and fantastic views. While we didn't want our vacation to end, we left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. And we can't wait to come back!

The photos do not do the property justice. The home is exceptional and brand new. The hosts and property manager were so kind and great to deal with. The home has everything you can imagine and I am sure we will be traveling there again as soon as we can!

one of the most Memorable vacations ever

We have been to Cape Coral before, but this time around was different the house was not only beautiful but the host really thought about what people really need when vacationing. Everything and anything you can think of was there and ready for you to use. The host was very welcoming and very sweet and kept in communication to make sure our stay was spectacular. The neighbors are very sweet and kind and willing to help if you needed something. We will definitely be back!
