You'll also be entertained by the incredible variety of wildlife our city and its canals have to offer. The river is just 1.8 miles from the house by boat which is very convenient for those wanting to explore our waterways by visiting some of the most amazing beaches, nearby islands, and waterfront parks.

The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a meal during your vacation and it's perfect for holiday dinners, fancy dinners, or just small simple dinners to try out with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with a regular coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, electric hand mixer, slow cooker cook/bakeware, cooking utensils, and much more. There is also a designed space for your children to do schoolwork.

The master suite features a comfortable king bed to enjoy a restful night's sleep and a TV for entertainment, as well as direct access to the pool area to ensure privacy between the master and guest suite. The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with a queen-size bed, a good-quality mattress, and a TV. All the TVs are smart TVs and have an antenna allowing you to watch some local channels and use your preferred streaming service such as Netflix. The second bathroom offers access to the pool area to freshen up after swimming in the heated pool.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.

This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. Please note it when making your reservation.

Please note that the third-bedroom closet and the garage are being used by the homeowner and you won't have access to it.
