The Space: The Orange Crush Duplex is a brand-new renovated home located on a quiet street in the Historic District of Cape Charles! This upgraded home offers all of the modern amenities you could want.
As you walk through the front door, you're greeted by a comfortable living space with a large tv for all of your entertainment needs. Continue into the kitchen, which boasts brand-new appliances, marble countertops, and the perfect dining table for your group. A downstairs full bath and laundry room completes the space.
Upstairs, three bedrooms await; two large queen bedrooms, a bunk room with a twin and full bed, and a full bath.

Orange Crush 1 was ideal for our family. Easy to check in and check out. Clean. Lots of neighborhood character. For walkers like ourselves, the location was perfect: quiet, near tennis courts, the beach and the towns unique esteries can't be beat.

Crushed it!
Very clean and tidy beach duplex. Back alley access was a great alternative to the front door. Outdoor seating options were nice, both front and back deck. Upstairs bathroom is a little tight and short on storage. The stairs are steeper than modern rentals, but to be expected in an older historic home. They had a baby gate at the top though, which was a really nice touch especially for our old dog. Bedrooms were spacious and the a/c worked well all week. Good closet space so you don't have to trip over your bags. We like walking our dog, but if you have little ones you will want a cart as it is several blocks to the beach and stores. A bike is a perfect alternative too. Any way you look at it, you can drop your car keys in the bottom of your bag and forget about them for the week. What a great trip!

Home was newly remodeled. When I asked about coffee pot I was told yes they had one so i bought ground coffee. I was not told it was a K-cup and had yo make a trip out to get some. Stairs were a bit steep and upstairs bathroom was extremely narrow for some to enter. But we enjoyed our stay very very much

Orange Crush 2 was a very nice property. It was recently renovated. The decor was very inviting. Kitchen was well equipped. It did not have a regular coffee pot, only a Keurig, the listing only said coffee pot. I purchased a coffee pot and Chesapeake Bay Rentals who manages the property reimbursed me for it. We had a couple issues while there and this property manager was fantastic. The house has 2 full baths, the three bedrooms are upstairs and only one full bath is upstairs and the 2nd full bathroom is on the ground floor off the kitchen. It had 2 lovely lovely porches one off the front and one off the back.
The steps are rather steep so I would say if renting this property with small children bring a gate and for older adults there are many steps to climb. There is a futon in the kitchen .
We would stay again.
