We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! Check-in was smooth, everything was spotless, and the open-concept layout was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, utensils, and a gas stove—great for cooking meals. Coffee lovers will appreciate both a Keurig and drip maker, bring your own coffee and supplies as only a small amount was provided. Same with pantry items—just a bit of salt, pepper, butter, and creamer(not a complaint, just a heads up). We’d also suggest bringing your own ice and bottled water, as fridge ice is limited and tap water doesn’t taste great.The screened-in porch overlooking the pond was a favorite spot for morning coffee. The pool area was a big hit—two good-sized pools, a slide, splash pad, and plenty of space for our group of seven. The private beach was a leisurely 4-minute drive (just past the pool), perfect for toddlers, with great bathroom facilities and nearby parking (about a 100-yard walk).For golfers, the course is in great shape with scenic holes along the water—fun and challenging. Rentals aren’t the best, so bring your own clubs if possible. Expect to pay about 250 for a round with rentals and balls.Overall, a fantastic family-friendly getaway in a peaceful setting, with easy access to Cape Charles restaurants and shops. The property managers were very responsive, friendly, and professional. We would absolutely stay here again!
