Welcome to Cape Winds #303, Stay beachfront in Cape Canaveral at Cape Winds 2BR, 2BA condo with ocean views, pool, hot tub & just minutes from Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center. Located on the third floor this condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, walking closet and TV. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds, closet and TV. The second bathroom is located next to the guest bedroom. Enjoy of the beautiful ocean views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and the master bedroom.

Cape Winds is a beautiful beachfront building that offers resort style amenities: heated pool, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, free parking with cover and uncover parking spaces.
Perfect location with beach access on both sides of the building. Just a short walk! Cocoa Beach Pier is only 1 mile distance from here. Close to Kennedy Space Center, Historic Cocoa Village, Bevard Zoo, Disney is only 45 minutes away.
The condo has washer & dryer, ironing board, beach chairs, linens and towels. Fast and reliable WIFI included.
