The room was Beautiful, we had a corner suite and it exceeded our expectations. We had a great view of our Disney cruise. I also love how they offer transportation to the cruise ports. I would definitely stay at this property again when we go another cruise.

My opinion…being one of two black families that this facility. Staff wasn’t welcoming to my family. Mrs Ron was the only staff that greeted us and ask if we needed any thing. The hotel was new so it was nice.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff. Restaurant does not have enough staff or seating and the cruise shuttle was running at least an hour behind. Front desk was helpful in canceling the shuttle fee so we could get an uber instead.
