The room was Beautiful, we had a corner suite and it exceeded our expectations. We had a great view of our Disney cruise. I also love how they offer transportation to the cruise ports. I would definitely stay at this property again when we go another cruise.

So many missed opportunities for guest satisfaction. The rooftop bar was supposed to be open… the door was open but no bar service, no heaters, the fire bowl wasn’t even lit. So many guests were looking forward to the amazing view but left since it wasn’t staffed. Yes, it was chilly but absolutely beautiful out. And in the bar, staff was overwhelmed to the point that a customer lit the fire bowl for patrons that were seated outside. Check out is at 12 but we left early because we felt the room attendants needed us gone. The worst thing about our stay, was the water pressure or complete lack of water pressure. And that is why we won’t stay here again. For the amount of money we paid we expected to be able to take a nice hot shower.

My opinion…being one of two black families that this facility. Staff wasn’t welcoming to my family. Mrs Ron was the only staff that greeted us and ask if we needed any thing. The hotel was new so it was nice.
