Welcome to our home away from home! This condo is a bright, airy, comfortable space with thoughtful features for both a relaxing getaway and a serene workspace for the remote worker. The space is 931 sqft and is located perfectly in Cape Canaveral - it is 2 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from a park with playground and new athletic complex, and 1 block from library. Walking distance (or very short drive) from restaurants, Cocoa Beach pier, famous Ron Jon’s surf shop and more! Beautifully remodeled with coastal decor, a fully stocked kitchen, brand new SS appliances, 40” smart TVs in both bedrooms, and a 65” TV in living room. Dedicated desk for remote work. Child-friendly items included such as a pack n’ play and high chair for families. Coin-operated laundromat just down the stairs from unit and a compact washing machine in unit. South-facing balcony to enjoy some coffee with a view of the sunrise or wine with the sunset. Open concept living, dining and kitchen area. Pantry with a coffee nook. Plenty of beach accessories included - chairs, towels, kids’ toys. We value attention to detail and will make sure you have the perfect stay! This condo is a beautiful, sunlit, airy space that will feel like home! Long term stays only (3+ months). Small dogs allowed - 25 lbs or less. Message for inquiries.
