Awesome home in Monpazier

This recently restored former mill in the heart of nature in the Dordogne exudes the charm of the Périgord with preserved elements such as exposed beams, a stone fireplace and walls. On the first floor there is an open-plan living area with sitting area, dining area, kitchen and a WC with laundry facilities. The second floor offers air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Outside there is a swimming pool, a terrace with seating and a stone staircase for access to the house. Please note: The property shares the plot with another vacation home, which also has a private pool and is about 10 meters away. However, privacy is maintained between the two rental properties as they are positioned to ensure discretion and each has a separate parking space and access. All stores approx. 2.5 km away in the medieval village of Monpazier.
