Finca Ca n'Andreu (Son Jaumell): Beautiful country house in field 7. 000 m2. and overlooking the sea. It consists of two buildings: a main house with a double bedroom and a bathroom, kitchen (fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave and small appliances), living room with fireplace (TV, TV-sat, musical stereo, internet wi-fi) and a covered terrace. Situated opposite the main (about 15 meters) there is another building with a double bedroom and a bathroom. It also has a laundry room with washing machine and iron. If necessary have infant bed. Barbecue and private swimming pool 8 x 4 m. It has a salt lectrolysis system with a complete salt chlorination device. Garden and lawn. From the house you walking down rural-forest trail leads to the beach of Cala Agulla in 20 minutes as well as the historic center and medieval castle of the village of Capdepera.

The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Wir haben die Woche, semana Santa Ende März sehr genossen, besonders den wunderbaren Garten mit Mandelbäumen, Orangen-, Zitronen-, Mispelbäumen... Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt, der Gastgeber hilfsbereit, nett mit guten Tipps bezüglich Restaurant, Wanderungen und Ausflügen. Volle Punkteanzahl aus Überzeugung!

Eine Finca auf Mallorca…so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.

Wir haben uns endlich wieder gefühlt, wie auf Mallorca zu sein. Fern der Massentouristen, auf einer mallorquinisch angelegten Finca, rustikal, mit Blick über Mandel-, Orangen-, Zitronen- und Olivenbäumen. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und es wurde sich immer umgehend gekümmert. Francesc, der Herr des Hauses, war stets erreichbar und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Häuser waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und super gepflegt. Es fiel uns schwer wieder loszufahren. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

Wundervoller Urlaub - tolle Unterkunft!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub mit der Familie. Es wurde sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Die beiden süßen Häuser waren sehr sauber und man hat sich in Mallorquinischen Finca Leben sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns herzlich!

In sehr schöner Landschaft und auf großzügigem Grundstück gelegenes, landestypisches Domizil.

Gemütliche Einrichtung der Häuser, ohne daß etwas gefehlt hätte, ein schöner Pool und ein sehr netter und kooperativer Vermieter. Alles Nötige ist mit dem Auto gut und schnell zu erreichen, andererseits doch abseits gelegen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Art von Aktivitäten, andererseits ideal zum Relaxen. Gerne wieder!

Eine sehr schöne Finca für 4 Personen. Die Wohnungen sehr sauber. Es fehlte nichts. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag vom Besitzer gereinigt. Netter Vermieter der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Würden die Finca jederzeit sofort wieder mieten.
