Amazing hotel with beautiful grounds and accommodation Second time here and stil as impressive, staff can’t do enough for you. The atmosphere in the hotel is as if it’s one big family, and they want to be there . Rooms are spotless and cleaned to a very high standard daily Book and you will not be disappointed

Lovely property and helpful staff. Food was a bit low quality for 5 stars, especially the hot food at breakfast time. Very little in the way of amenities in the room - no kettle and you had to pay for extra coffee pods. Beautiful spa area.

Quick two night to enjoy a different part of the the island. It's a slightly dated and quirky hotel with friendly staff and great breakfasts. The gardens are a good feature but could use a bit of attention. The pools are not big but are pleasant, though can be crowded around. The spa is good but the pool isn't for swimming. All told, a lovely stay. Room was very good.

Very enjoyable 2 week stay on half board basis as a family of 5. Comfortable and clean room, friendly and attentive staff, impressive dining options, lovely garden setting close to all amenities, no issues with parking. Special mention to Claire at the kids pool who kept our children entertained with lots of fun activities (arts and crafts, pool games, music sing-a-long with live piano and guitar etc). Would highly recommend and will probably return.

overall a good stay - poor spa

stay was excellent on the whole but very disappointed with the spa. The therapists didn't seem to enjoy their job and the treatments were average at best and the spa pools were cold as was the sauna and steam room

Beautiful grounds, very peaceful and relaxing. Hotel spotless with lots of really wonderful corners to take yourself off to read. You can always find a quiet spot to relax. Food was amazing and each night featured food from a different region of the world. Staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. If you need to recharge your batteries this is the place to go!

Property was really spacious and generally comfortable but nothing extraordinary. King size bed would have been nicer than 2 singles for the main bedroom.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. All staff were friendly and helpful, great breakfast. Well equipped gym with sauna, steam room and indoor pool. 5 mins walk to the beach and free on street parking if you have a car. We never had a problem getting parked during the week that we stayed.

Hotel is good but noisy. Facilities are good and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. 4.5 out of 5 is about right. I do think it is a bit cheeky to charge to use the room safe in. 5 star hotel.

garden hotel

Beautiful hotel with lovely gardens, the surrounding hotel area wasn’t as nice unfortunately. Beach is within 10 minutes walk and it is a great beach. Facilities and cleanliness were outstanding. Unfortunately the food provided on a half board basis was very unpleasant for a 5 star hotel. Staff were nice but with limited English communication skills as appeared to be a German orientated hotel.
