Let yourself be woken up by your dream destination! Everything for this moment: our fairytale finca * Almendra *. Slightly elevated, surrounded by approx. 7000 m2 of natural terrain, the finca is quiet and peaceful at the end of a dead end, approx. 2 km from the sandy bay of Cala Mesquida. The finca consists of 2 residential units.
The larger apartment consists of two bedrooms with two bathrooms en suite on two floors. On the lower floor there is a spacious living / dining area with satellite.-TV, open fireplace and a bedroom with bathroom en suite. The fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired.
On the upper floor there is the second bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom en suite.

Beautiful location

We had a wonderful, much needed week in here. Uwe is incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and has everything we needed and the garden and views are beautiful. Beach short distance and Cala Ratjada port with it’s abundance of restaurants under a ten minute drive. Pool perfect for children (and us!) to play in and we all loved eating the fresh figs from the garden!

We liked it a lot. Uwe is a perfect host and both location and the property were pretty good. Access road is for off-road but it was part of the adventure! Seriously, close to everything in the best part of Mallorca!

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsen und 2 Jugendlichen zu Gast auf dieser schönen Finca. Wir möchten uns als erstes bei Kati und Uwe bedanken, für ihre Bereitschaft unseren Urlaub optimal zu gestalten. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Finca ist ein Traum, sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe bewirtschaftet. Super Pool, tolle Botanik und der otimale Platz zum relaxen. Es hat an rein gar nichts gemangelt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde von uns jeden Tag beansprucht. Liebe Kati, lieber Uwe macht weiter so. Vielen Dank. Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Urlaub bei euch. Sehr gemütliche, sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Finca in hervorragender Lage

Unsere Erwartungen sind wirklich übertroffen worden: Wir haben als Familie mit zwei kleineren Kindern 6 wundervolle Tage in dieser Finca verbringen dürfen. Die Finca ist sehr gemütlich und neuwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. In dem sauberen Hauspool haben sich insbesondere die Kinder zwischendurch gerne abgekühlt. Vor der Finca ist eine Terrasse, auf der man abends gemütlich grillen kann. Der Strand ist in nur 15 Minuten entlang eines Trampelpfades in dem angrenzenden Naturschutzgebiet zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sie ist zudem auch sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, insbesondere zu nördlichen oder südlichen Ausflugszielen an der Ostküste. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kurzum: Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren!
