CAPBRETON- Residence "Paradise Océan"- Villa patio of 40m2 with swimming pool in joint ownership and parking. The cycle paths provide direct access to the beach of Santocha and "La Piste". Classified 2* in 2025. Free Wifi.

Living room on terrace. Kitchen area: 2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Shower room (0.88x2.19): sink and shower. Separate toilets. Bedroom 1 (3.38x2.32): 1 bed 140. Upstairs: Mezzanine (open above living room (2.74x1.25 + 1.48x0.91): 1 bed 90, carpeted floor. Bedroom 2 (3.36x2.31) : 1 double bed, carpeted floor, garden furniture and electric plancha table.
