The rest of the sleeping area is in the living room/living room where you will have a 140 cm convertible sofa. The kitchen area (renovated at the beginning of 2024) is functional (l'Or Barista capsule coffee maker) and is open to the living room which it opens onto a bright loggia of approximately 6m² with a dining table. The advantage of this apartment is access to a large collective swimming pool open from the beginning of June to the beginning of October as well as 2 tennis courts. You can notably take the Bateau Passeur located 2 minutes away on foot to cross the port.
A private outdoor parking space completes the package. You will be seduced by the location as well as the quality of the services offered by this accommodation, ideal for holidays with family or friends. To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.
