Capbreton is the ideal resort for a seaside holiday for two, on the south coast of the Landes, whatever the time of year. Among the must-sees, you should not miss the port, the fish market, the Estacade and the town centre with the pedestrian street. From the port, sea trips and water activities are available. No less than 7 supervised beaches of fine sand, ideal for swimming, relaxing... and surfing! The Tatita cottage fitted out on the ground floor is located in a quiet area, in a dead end, just 1 km from the ocean. It offers; a living room-kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer combination, microwave, oven, 4 induction hobs, a lounge with sofa bed and television corner, with wifi available, a bedroom with a 180x200 bed, a bathroom with shower tray and toilet. Included are sheets, towels, household linen. Heating included up to 8 kilowatts/day. Air conditioning is available in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom for comfort in all seasons. You will enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and plancha. Possibility of an additional person (€10) on a sofa bed in the living room. Tatina is nestled in a dead end, with a shared courtyard, parking on the street. A stopover 10 minutes from the ocean, in all seasons, with a range of activities on land and on the water!

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
