Gîte Charles - CAPBRETON

Capbreton is the ideal resort for a seaside getaway for two on the southern Landes coast, whatever the time of year. Among the must-sees are the port, the fish market, the pier, and the town center with its pedestrian street. From the port, boat trips and water sports abound. No fewer than seven supervised sandy beaches offer perfect conditions for swimming, relaxing… and surfing! The ground-floor cottage, Gîte Charles, is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 1 km from the ocean. It offers: a living room/kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, and four-burner induction cooktop; a lounge with a sofa bed and TV area, with Wi-Fi access; a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm); and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bed linens, towels, and household linens are included. Heating and electricity are included up to 8 kilowatt-hours per day. Reversible air conditioning is available in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom for year-round comfort. You can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a griddle. An additional person can be accommodated (€10/day) on a sofa bed in the living room. The Gîte Charles is nestled in a cul-de-sac, with a shared courtyard and free street parking. Small pets are welcome upon request. A stopover 10 minutes from the ocean, in all seasons, with a range of activities on land and on the water!

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
