The villa features a bright living room/lounge with television, opening through a sliding glass door onto a pleasant covered terrace equipped with an awning and outdoor garden furniture. The kitchen area is functional and fully equipped with dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.
On the ground floor, one bedroom offers a double bed (140 cm) and a television.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin and WC.
Upstairs, a large mezzanine with skylight provides additional sleeping accommodation with one double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed.
A small independent garage is available for storing bicycles and surfboards and also includes a washing machine and a second fridge-freezer. One vehicle can be parked in front of the garage. Secure access by badge to the residence’s beautiful communal swimming pool.

Une belle semaine passée à Capbreton malgré un temps instable. Hébergement très agréable et spacieux. Le plus: terrasse et extérieur. Avons pu profiter de la piscine.
