Tranquilo lugar à beira mar
Imóvel bem descrito no site, entrega o que anunciou. Acomodada bem várias pessoas em frente à praia.
Lugar muito tranquilo, sem aglomerações.
Cozinhas bem equipadas e bom ambiente com smartv.
Como inconvenientes, o andar superior é bastante quente com sol durante o dia (poderia ser dotado de ar condicionado) e centraliza os equipamentos de segurança, cujos nobreaks produzem ruídos constantes (poderiam ser deslocados para outro ponto, como a edícula com garagem, churrasqueira e depósito, que é isolada e fechada).
Após a reserva, proprietário relatou conflito de datas com outro hóspede, mas que foi resolvido sem ônus depois de algumas tratativas.
