Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und größer, als wir es eigentlich bräuchten, ein zusätzlicher Luxus also. Unsere beiden Kinder hatten jeder sein eigenes Zimmer. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir wurden mit einem großen Willkommenspaket begrüßt und sogar für die Kinder lagen Geschenke in den Zimmern bereit, was natürlich immer gut ankommt ;-) Die Unterkunft selbst war nicht nur groß, sondern auch sehr modern, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im Alltag braucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hätten gerne auch ein paar Tage länger bleiben wollen. Der Pool und auch der Garten waren klasse und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Das einzige kleinere Manko war für uns die direkte Umgebung, die eher nicht zu abendlichen Spaziergängen einlädt… aber vom Supermarkt bis Tankstelle ist alles vorhanden. Da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, ist das für uns nicht wirklich schlimm gewesen. Nach Lucca sind es nur 10 Minuten und die Altstadt ist einfach ein Traum. Zum Strand von Viareggio sind es 40 Minuten und auch das war es uns einfach wert, weil es dort traumhaft schön ist. Das Wasser glasklar und warm, der Sand sehr hell und sauber. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir hier sein durften und wünschen der Familie alles Liebe!

Traumwohnung in der Toskana
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser tollen, modernen, sauberen Wohnung mit Balkon und Pool bei sehr sympathischen und freundlichen Gastgebern. Eine komplette Küchenausstattung, die uns das Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten ermöglichte. Sogar ein Willkommenspaket erwartete uns bei der Anreise. Das überdachte Parken im abgeschlossenenen Innenhof war super. Aufgrund der guten Lage konnten wir viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Toskana mitnehmen. Aber auch ein Supermarkt und Tankstelle war in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige Manko war die fehlende Klimaanlage. Ansonsten volle Punktzahl! Absoluter Gewinn!

Toller Familienurlaub.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Vermieter waren wirklich nett und unsere Kinder haben viel Zeit mit Alice verbracht.
Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Leider war, durch die extreme Hitze, die Wohnung recht warm, da schafften auch die Ventilatoren keine Abkühlung mehr.

5/5 Aufenthalt in den Pfingstferien 2022
Wir waren das 10. Mal mit vier Enkelkinder unterwegs!
Jetzt sind sie Erwachsen und es wird wohl der letzte gemeinsame Urlaub gewesen sein!
Wir hatten eine tolle Unterkunft ausgewählt. Wirklich perfekt ausgestattet, alles sehr gepflegt. Der Garten mit dem Pool hat uns entschädigt, dass es kein Badeurlaub war. Wussten wir aber vorher, dass es keinen Sandstrand geben wird. Aber für touristische Aktivitäten war für jeden etwas dabei. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab ein riesiges Begrüßungspaket.
Aus der Beschreibung der Ausstattung wussten wir, dass es nur ein Bad gab. Aber für 6 Erwachsene ist ein Bad bzw. eine Toilette doch sehr knapp, zumindest am Morgen; wie gesagt, wussten wir vorher und wir haben es auch recht gut gemeistert.
Mary, Christian und Alice sind hervorragende Gastgeber. sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es war schade, dass wir leider kein Italienisch konnten, daher war es mit dem Austauschen etwas eingeschränkt. Es fehlte uns aber sonst an nichts! Die Woche war viel zu schnell vorbei! Ich werde auf jeden Fall jetzt Italienisch lernen, damit wir evtl. nochmals einen Urlaub nur zu zweit einplanen können. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Propriété agréable, spacieuse et bien équipée
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Toscane et l'hébergement est de qualité, bien équipé dans une propriété bien entretenue et soignée ( Piscine neuve, salon de jardin complet avec table et canapé pour des apéritifs dînatoires réussis). Les propriétaires ( Mary et Cristian) sont vraiment sympatiques et sont disponibles et chaleureux. Ils sont de bons conseils pour compléter nos activités touristiques et sportives (Vélo de Route). Grâce à eux , j'ai aussi pu améliorer un peu le fait de parler en italien . Grazie Mille à Cristian, Mary, la Mamma, Alice et "Rosy" et également aux 2 "Conigli"! pour nous avoir permis de passer 2 belles semaines de vacances en Toscane. Enfin, le lieu du séjour permet de se rendre rapidement vers des villes touristiques ( Lucca, Firenze, Pisa, Moncatini Terme et Moncatini Alto)

Super location tous conforts
Les adorables Mary et Cristian, leur fille Alice, leur petite chienne Rosy et leurs deux lapins vous accueillent dans leur havre de paix. De l'espace, des grands volumes, deux terrasses, la piscine, un apéro de bienvenue, un kit de bienvenue gargantuesque, rien ne manque !!!!
Un excellent plan pour visiter la Toscane !

Wat een heerlijk verblijf
Een prachtig huis, precies zoals op de foto' s met een heerlijk zwembad. Centrum van Lucca niet ver weg en centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes naar Pisa, Florence etc.
Echt alles is in het huis aanwezig. Perfect!
De nachten waren warm en de ventilatoren kregen het niet echt gekoeld maar dat is echt het enige.
Na mailverkeer hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar.
Wat een aardige mensen zijn de eigenaren, Christian, Mary en hun dochter Alice.
En iedere dag komt de hond, Rosie, je even begroeten.
Jammet dat we weer wegmoesten.
Kortom een heerlijk verblijf.
Dank Christian, Mary en Alice!
